The following criteria should be met to be eligible for a return:
- To initiate a return kindly send us an email on [email protected] with your Order Number in the subject line of the email. Any return requests missing this information will not be processed. Our team will revert to the email address listed on your account within 10 business days with the information on the ship to address. You will also be notified if your request for a refund is eligible.
- The item(s) must be returned within 15 business days from the time of receiving the product. Any returns exceeding the stated period will not be refunded or exchanged.
- The item must be unused and sent back in its original packaging in the same condition as delivered.
- The tags on the item must be intact and not removed/damaged. No returns or exchanges will be honored if the tag is tampered with. The original invoice must be sent with the return.
- When approved for a return, the credit will automatically be applied in the original form of payment.
Late or missing refunds: If you have not received a refund after the stated amount of days, please kindly first check your bank account. If no refund has been made, then please contact your credit card company and/or your banking institution. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
